The smells, tastes and sounds of authentic Italian cooking have been a part of Denis’ life since the day he was born. Growing up in the little town of San Zenone degli Ezzelini, Denis watched his Grandpa Gino make pasta and sauces from scratch at their family owned restaurant in Northern Italy. He learned that tasty Italian cuisine and happy customers are a winning combination. Denis decided to carry on this family tradition and open Gusto, Handcrafted Pasta and Pizza, in Seaside.
Denis’ zest for life is contagious and it is his goal to make your dining experience fun, memorable and delicious.
Chef Michele Cremonese
Chef Michele from Verona Italy is committed to making the best artisan Pasta and Pizza possible. In 2012 he opened Bigoli fresh pasta company in Sand City which features fresh artisanal style pasta. A long time Italian friend of Denis, Michele brings his culinary talents to Gusto.
Michele maintains authenticity by using his mother’s recipes passed down from generations and by using the best ingredients including local organic produce, wild seafood and organic flour. To Michele, authenticity is the key, with a twist of innovation.
Our Gusto2Go case features a full selection of handcrafted pasta and sauces available for you to take and prepare at home.
